Nassima Aboun

Licensed psychologist registered with the Belgian Commission of Psychologists, holding a Master's degree in Psychology. Practices across several locations in the Brussels area and online, and consults in French, English, and Spanish. Her approach is person- and system-centred, drawing on humanistic modalities including IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, and Systemic therapy. She works with trauma, attachment disorder, burnout, anxiety, self-esteem, and relational issues, and is also trained in IFIO (IFS-informed relational and couples therapy). She works with adults, couples, and families.
