Spent 20 years in the international aid sector across Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific, working with actors ranging from community groups to national governments and the United Nations . Culturally sensitive, trauma-informed practice and particular attentiveness to humanitarian and aid worker experiences, including burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and vicarious trauma. Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and integrates Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches within a relational model, offering short- and long-term weekly sessions. Additional training includes Mental Health First Aid for Aid Workers, working with refugees and asylum seekers, bereavement support, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
